In the summer of 2016, I spent 2 months on a design internship in the city of Zhuhai, China. Here I spent much of my time working and socialising, getting to know the people at my workplace and others who were on other internships. In my free time, I would hit the pavement and try to adjust to taking photos with a different camera in a totally different climate to normal.
Many of the photos I took on my trip were of the trivial everyday, focusing moreso on landscape and moments, as I believed that to be and area that I needed to work.
While these photos are mostly raw and need some editing, they capture the essence of walking across the city on those hot days, with lighting effects being very different to the usual I encountered in the UK.
