In the summer of 2016, I spent 2 months on a design internship in the city of Zhuhai, China. Here I spent much of my time working and socialising, getting to know the people at my workplace and others who were on other internships. Certain periods allowed for travel across china in the back of a small minibus, and one of those destinations was the home of imagery shown on the RMB notes and wonderous landscapes, Yangshou.
This imagery is more of a documentation of my journey through the mountains and rivers of Yangshou, with experimentation to understand landscape lighting effects.
